Self-love begins with understanding, nourishment, and presence.
You are warmly invited into a sacred 3-part journey designed to reconnect you with your body, mind, and spirit. This series is an invitation to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself — guided through education, embodiment, and deep restoration.
Each gathering gently weaves together holistic nutrition education, mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, creating a safe and nurturing space for self-reflection, healing, and reconnection.
This is not about fixing yourself — it is about remembering who you are beneath the noise of everyday life.
What to Expect
Together, we explore the essential pillars of health and wellbeing through a holistic and embodied approach. Each session begins with grounded, accessible education to support your physical body — knowledge you can apply not only for yourself, but for your family and daily life.
From there, we transition out of the thinking mind and into the wisdom of the body through gentle movement, breath, and presence. We invite stuck energy to soften and release naturally — without force — guided by compassion, awareness, and surrender.
Each gathering closes with heart-centred meditation, breathwork, and the nourishing frequencies of sound healing, allowing the nervous system to rest, integrate, and restore.
This is a women’s circle — a space where you don’t need to hold it all together. A place to be seen, supported, and deeply nourished in the presence of others walking a similar path.
The 3-Part Journey You may attend a single session or journey through all three to experience the full arc of nourishment, balance, and renewal.
Part 1 — April 18th Detox & Hydration: Cleansing the Body
We begin by understanding how the body naturally detoxifies and the vital role hydration plays in overall health.
You’ll explore:
- How gentle detoxification supports energy, digestion, and vitality
- The importance of hydration for physical and emotional balance
- Simple, practical daily habits to support your body naturally
What to Bring
To support your comfort and full experience, please bring:
- A bottle of water
- A yoga mat or mat to lie on
- Comfortable clothing for gentle movement and rest
- A journal and pen (optional)
- An open heart and curious mind
