My journey into holistic health began with a deep passion for understanding the body and how to support it in becoming strong and healthy.
Originally from Brazil, I studied nutrition and dietetics and began my career with a strong focus on physical health, nutrition, and building a resilient body. As a former bodybuilder, I was deeply dedicated to understanding how food, discipline, and consistency could shape and strengthen the body. I am currently expanding my knowledge even further by studying naturopathy, deepening my connection with holistic health and natural approaches to healing.Over time, however, I began to realise that true health goes far beyond what we eat. In the modern world, we are constantly exposed to environmental toxins, excessive stress, and fast-paced lifestyles that leave our nervous systems overloaded. It’s not only what we put into our bodies that matters, but also what we put on our bodies, and the environments we surround ourselves with. Without even noticing, emotional blockages and unresolved experiences can quietly build up, creating a silent impact on our well-being.
At the same time, I began to notice how deeply our inner world shapes our outer experience. The information we consume daily — what we watch, listen to, and surround ourselves with — has a powerful influence on our emotional and mental health. Our subconscious mind is always listening, always absorbing, quietly shaping our beliefs, behaviours, and the way we move through life. Learning to nurture and care for this inner space became an essential part of my own healing. Through this journey, I came to truly feel that each of us is a unique being, shaped by our own life experiences, emotions, and personal story. These experiences influence our health in subtle yet profound ways, often beneath the surface. I am naturally a very curious person, always seeking deeper understanding and truth. I love learning, expanding my knowledge, and exploring new ways to support healing and growth — not only for myself, but for those I work with. My own self-development is something I truly cherish, as I believe that the more I grow, the more I can hold space for others to do the same. My path has been one of continuous self-discovery and spiritual exploration. Through years of study and experience with different healing modalities, I discovered the profound impact that practices such as breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and proper nourishment can have on our overall health and sense of balance. I also honour the importance of supportive and integrative care approaches that work in harmony with the body. What I have come to understand is that healing is not about fitting into external standards or expectations. Each person is unique, yet many of us spend much of our lives trying to fit in just to feel accepted or to belong. But true transformation begins when we gently turn inward and reconnect with ourselves. When we feel our best — physically, emotionally, and energetically — we are able to show up as our most authentic and aligned selves. There is a deep power in reconnecting with who we truly are, in listening to our inner voice, and in choosing what feels right for us. My passion is to support others in finding their own truth and reconnecting with their authentic selves. I believe that everything we need is already within us — sometimes we just need the right support, space, and guidance to access it. Freedom Divine Awakening was created as a space for exactly that. A space where you can reconnect with yourself, nurture your inner world, release what no longer serves you, and step into a life of greater balance, clarity, and authenticity.This work is an invitation — to slow down, to listen, and most importantly, to come home to yourself.
