What is your main focus?

My primary focus is holistic nutrition — supporting physical health, vitality, and balance through personalised, sustainable nourishment. Breathwork and sound healing are offered as complementary modalities to support deeper emotional, nervous system, and energetic integration.
How does holistic nutrition differ from traditional nutrition?

Holistic nutrition considers the whole person, not just food intake. Alongside nutritional choices, we explore lifestyle factors such as stress, digestion, sleep, emotional wellbeing, and daily rhythms — recognising that health is shaped by how all these elements interact.
Why do you combine nutrition with breathwork and sound healing?

While nutrition supports the body at a physical and biochemical level, lasting change often requires working beyond the physical.
Breathwork can support emotional release and nervous system regulation, while sound healing works at an energetic and cellular level, helping integrate the changes initiated through nutrition and breath.
